Meet the Staff
It is always nice to know who you are doing business with. For that reason Steve Huff Plumbing has put together a short biography for each member of our staff. A photo is included so you can associate a face with that voice on the phone, and for your safety, see who you can expect at your door during a service call.

Steve Huff, President
Steve started working in the plumbing field the day after high school graduation in 1970. In 1975, he started Steve Huff Plumbing. Steve and his wife, Donna, have one son who is married and is in law enforcement. They also have one grandson. When not at work, he enjoys water skiing and riding his motorcycle.

Donna Huff, Secretary/Treasurer
Donna joined her husband in operating Steve Huff Plumbing in 1986 after working as a veterinary technician for many years. She oversees the day-to-day operations, and accounting. In addition to water skiing and motorcycle riding, she also enjoys working in her yard. She is especially happy spending time with their grandson.

Marie Bussey, Office Manager
Marie came to Steve Huff Plumbing in 1994, with prior experience in banking. She has worked in every aspect of the office, and is the main dispatcher. She has 2 beautiful daughters. She loves farming and tending to all the Zoo animals on Facebook. Come join her on FaceBook.

Robert Brooks, Plumbing Service Technician
A Kingsport native, Robert came to Steve Huff Plumbing in 2004 with experience in plumbing maintenance at a large university. He is an avid reader, and a single father with 3 beautiful children.

David Bush, Plumbing Service Technician
David has been with Steve Huff Plumbing since 2004. He started plumbing as a teenager and has done both new construction and repair service. He is originally from Elizabethton and has a wonderful wife, two sons, and a grandson. His favorite hobbies are camping and fishing.

Billy Roberts, Plumbing Service Technician
Billy grew up in South Carolina. He has over 30 years experience in plumbing and related fields. He moved to Tennessee in 2002, and became a member of the Steve Huff Plumbing team in 2005. He is the proud father of one son, and two grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, racing, and motorcycles.

Nick Martin, Plumbing Service Technician
Nick joined Steve Huff Plumbing shortly after high school. He made amazing progress after his arrival, and quickly earned his place as a technician. "I came here looking for a career, and I found it!" Nick likes to spend time with his wife, and when he has spare time, he plays pool.

"Dee" Donna Oaks, Client Care Representative
Dee came to Steve Huff Plumbing in 2000. She is in charge of invoicing, along with client care services. She and her husband, Keith, live in Mount Carmel. They have one daughter, Sara, who is married. Dee loves spending time with her niece, Carcy, and nephew, Kullen.

Wade Musick, Plumbing Service Technician
Wade has been doing plumbing service work for over 8 years, and has worked at Steve Huff Plumbing for most of those years. He also has experience in construction plumbing. He is married and has a daughter and stepson. When he can, Wade enjoys fishing.

Elmer "Chip" James, Plumbing Service Technician
Chip came to Steve Huff Plumbing in 2008 with 30 years experience in plumbing repair and remodeling in Hollywood, Florida. He relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1997 with his lovely wife, Janet, a native of Tennessee, and four children. His family has grown now to include six grandchildren. Chip has found the home in the Tri-Cities he and Janet have always wanted. His faith and family, along with pride in his work keep his life busy and happy.

Rob Murphy, Plumbing Service Technician
Rob is a recent transplant from California, with 25 years of plumbing experience. He and his wife, Kimberly, have two small boys, Robbie, three, and Carl, one. Rob enjoys stamp collecting.

Lisa Bussey, Office Assistant
Lisa recently graduated from ETSU with a degree in business administration. As Marie's daughter, and Steve and Donna's niece, she has grown up in the office, helping out since she could walk. You may remember her from years past with "Singing in the Shower" at Fun Fest's Kids Central. Lisa's interests are many and varied.
